Remindue (UVXYZ Labs Private Limited)
1. WALLET RECHARGES
All wallet recharges on the Remindue platform are for digital communication services (SMS, Calls, Emails). Once a recharge is successfully completed and the balance is credited to your Remindue wallet, it is non-refundable.
2. NO EXPIRY
To ensure fairness, your wallet balance never expires. You can use your credited amount whenever you choose, for as long as Remindue services are available.
3. FAILED TRANSACTIONS
In the event of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted from your bank but not credited to your Remindue wallet, the refund will be processed by your bank/payment gateway within 5-7 working days.
4. SERVICE CANCELLATION
You can stop using the services at any time. However, any remaining balance in the wallet will not be refunded upon account closure.
