Remindue (UVXYZ Labs Private Limited)
This document shall be considered an electronic record under section 2(t) of the Information Technology Act 2000.
1. USE OF THE REMINDUE PLATFORM
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering on, accessing, downloading or using the Remindue application/website, and all associated sites linked to Remindue, (hereinafter collectively, the Remindue Platform), on any device and/or before availing any services offered by Remindue.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading, or using the Remindue Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms or do not wish to be bound by them, you may not use the Services and/or immediately terminate the Services.
Remindue reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Such amended terms and conditions shall take effect immediately upon being uploaded to its platforms.
3. SERVICES
The Remindue Application provides you inter alia with the ability to:
- Create and maintain your own business profile.
- Set-up automatic payment reminders through automated calls, SMS, and emails.
- Offer pre-integrated payment gateway options for your customers.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Remindue acts only as an intermediary under section 2(w) of the Information Technology Act 2000 and shall not be held liable for any action of yours which are not in accordance with the law.
We are not a party to the contract between you and any other person and act only as an Intermediary.
5. GRIEVANCE MECHANISM
Remindue has a grievance mechanism in place. You can notify your complaints against any access or usage of computer resource of Remindue by writing to us at hello@uvxyz.in. Remindue shall be responsible to address such grievance within a period of one month.
6. DISPUTE & JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of the arbitration shall be in Hyderabad, India.
